Everything was good. I have no problems with that store.

Sarah was amazing! Although the store didn’t have the item I was exchanging in the size I needed, she helped me find an awesome new ring!

I was not highly satisfied only because I exchanged it for the wrong ring again. I will be going back again shortly to make another exchange. I was just in between two options at the time.

Had to return a gift bracelet due to size. The exchange will be made in the next few days.

The promotion was if you spend more than 100.00 dollars you would receive a Christmas ornament. After spending over two hundred they told me they ran out!!

The person guarding the door to the store made me feel like a criminal trying to break into the premises. Not a good way to start your experience. Some of the merchandise appeared to be well handled by other customers and did not appear to be new or unused.

On website you posted bracelets on sale and when I check Sunday morning on website wasn’t there but your promo was going from 7 to 10 and 10 was Sunday I make a picture of product with 35 % discount and show to manager but she didn’t do nothing about it !!! I bought another one but not the one what I love

It was hard to move through the store and you had to wait to look at charms because other customers were looking at them.

My sales person didn’t seem enthusiastic with showing me a variety of charms

The employee didn't tell me there where sales coming over the weekend
