Pandora is too expensive for the rose gold jewelry to loose the color that quick.

La razón por la cual no estoy muy satisfecho es por que es la primera compra que hago quizás cuando haga mi próxima visita pueda sentirme muy satisfecho, claro está no es que no me sienta satisfecho pero tengo que tomarme la tarea de seguir explorando más y hacer unas compras.

it was a short visit and i only purchased one item. I was not there long enough. Also it was my first time at that store.

Salesperson EXTREMELY overbearing and pushy. When first asked if we needed any help, advised was just looking, but continued to "follow" us around the store, almost causing us to leave without making a purchase. Worst part was, salesperson was harassing my 13 year old daughter more than she was harassing me which made me want to leave even more. Her only saving grace was she finally LISTENED to my daughter and gave her breathing room until she asked about Disney items, specifically Stitch.

It was over all a great first time experience for me to have my first pandora. My hubby asked me what i wanted for our anniversay so i said Pandora bracelet to start of. He got me a charm with it engraved “my wife forever”. I am already looking online for more charms to put like tribute to mom and some more of the rose collections. I want to complete my bracelet now with full charms that has some meaning to my life.

The sales clerk was a little stand offish

The associate made me feel like I was not honest about where I purchase my charms. I had an issue with charms I bought from you store in Queens NY back in July and she said that the charms were not pandora charms after I told her it was directly from your store

The little mix up was daunting. However the associate that corrected the mistake made up for it tenfold. The only negative was the miscommunication between myself and two associates

The store is small and very hard to pick the items we wanted to purchase just wanted to get in and out. Would of bought more if it was a more comfortable atmosphere.

The store was small and busy. Only one clasp of what I was looking for. Saleswoman the night before was somewhat rude and not as helpful to my sons who were shopping for me, so I had to take the time to return the next day.
