I believe my purchase was straight forward and simple. So at a regular transaction level there was nothing outstanding to 'wow' me.

I was looking for a "21" charm for my daughter's birthday and you only had one. Not a very big selection.

I was frustrated when I couldn’t see the sale items. Only certain items were on sale and they were selling out fast. But the sales associate didn’t know which items were on sale and I had to ask her what I wanted first before she would tell me if it was on sale. Very frustrating.

The deal online was better than in store for the particular bracelet and charm alone. rather the associate wouldn't sell just the bracelet and charm she wanted to add in the clips for an extra 35$.

The store is very hot and small.

the sale representative was very nice and patient with me. I just had bad experience with the front door lady trying to get in to the store to clean my pandora jewelry.

My purchase experience was good except I wasn't happy that the free jewelry box ran out with my qualified purchase.

Sales people were to pushy. My Pandora necklace broke had topurchase a new one and found price was way to high. I could get a similar sterling silver one for half the price.

Staff (namely Larissa) were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She was very patient with me as I perused the selection of rings. My only complaint (and it's not Larissa's fault) is that Lehigh Valley Pandora won't check with the Promenade Pandora to see if they have sizes in stock that are lacking at the mall's store. They instead offered to get it from a store in Lancaster sometime soon. I understand that this must be some sort of company protocol, but I called the Promenade store myself after leaving LV and they have the color/size I wanted; it would have been much easier to have just known that immediately. I didn't like feeling as if I couldn't interact with the other store before making a decision on which ring(s) to buy. It leaves the customer feeling like they need to choose an alternative option right then (which I did), or walk out of the store without making a purchase. I'll be exchanging the ring I purchased at LV for the original color I wanted at the Promenade location. A small issue, and not sure how it would be resolved for the future, but felt it was worth noting.
