I was Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience because it started with the manager calling me as a follow-up to the text messages sent to a sales associate. The sales associate would not be available and she could schedule me to meet with another sales associate. Scheduled an appointment later that same day. Items that I wanted had been put to the side for my arrival. My experience was exactly what I expected from the manager to the sales associate.

Items were held for me prior. Sales Associate Emily was very knowledgeable and in sync with my ideas for charms. Managers and entire staff friendly and professional.

Customer service was wonderful. I was greeted soon as I entered the store. Overall satisfied with purchase.
