Nick the sales associate was very kind. He noticed a problem with the bracelet I was about to purchase…and immediately swapped it out for one that was easy to open. I loved that. He said “if it’s this hard for me to open…I don’t want you to experience any problems when you get home”.

Liked the atmosphere, the friendliness of the sales staff. Never a long wait, and some even try to remember your name. Good service.

Yamile is OUTSTANDING.. a true pleasure. Knows the products inside and out. Listened carefully to what I was looking for in a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. She knew how to combine and make the overall “look” for the anniversary gift. Very professional and always kept her calm even though some customers got rowdy.

Yamile V No. 189926 knew EXACTLY what I wanted and accommodated accordingly. I had visited the store three days prior and hadn't met Yamile. I'm so glad I went back with another order for my daughter. She's super friendly, talented, professionally poised, and although there was a line behind me (I was the first customer to enter with an appointment, she managed to answer customer questions that would leave the line and approach the counter. Some customers got feisty, through no fault of Yamile or any Sales Associate Staff, but Pandora Staff kept their calm- i felt as if I was shopping at a spa. Wish the store was a little bigger. I did feel safe however. Safety is important to me as a cancer survivor. I only get out very early in the mornings during this pandemic. Please recognize Yamile with a nice pandora cupcake (to eat- ha.ha.ha.). Keep the sales coming!
