I walked in the store not sure of what to buy for my aunt. The sales associate was more than helpful with me with showing varieties of options for my aunt, I finally decided on the new engraved charm. While engraving my charm she even offered me water which I most needed it at the time. I truly loved the service and dedication of time that was provided to me.
