The store was clean and organized, after each customer the counter was cleaned. The manager or the person in charge was very helpful even with the customers waiting on line

Besides the long and unnecessary wait to be serviced, I must say working with the store manager myesha was absolutely delightful. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The wait was long, but dealing with the staff in the store made the wait absolutely worth while. I will recommend this store (not if you are in a rush). The staff was extremely accommodating to every customer that reached the counter and you did not feel the pressure of having to spend hundreds of dollars. Their customer service was so exceptional it made for a very pleasant experience.

Due to the holidays, a lot of items were sold out. The rep did not know items were sold out. She spent a lot of time searching for several items just to tell me she didn't have the item
