Ease of purchase , I tried to order online and pick up in store but was unable to do so. However upon arrival at the store my purchase was handled by the associate without any issues.

The sales associate was super amazing. She showed us all the products that were available. She made suggestions based on her experience. My wife was super happy with her service. Usually we have bad experiences in pandora stores with customer service but this associate was awesome
