The young lady that helped me was patient, friendly and put together a bracelet from a picture on my phone. The manager was nice as well. Enjoyable experience.

Sabrina at the Pembroke Gardens store (Pembroke Pines, FL) was our sales associate. She was patient, knowledgeable and very attentive to our questions, and service needs. She took out time to show and demonstrate the new pendant engraving that my sisters and I will have made for remembrance of our parents. We will surely be back to see Sabrina!
