I was highly satisfied because the team member that assisted me was extremely helpful. I came in to exchange an item and did not have the receipt. However, rather than turning me away, they used my phone number and were very pleasant with me.

Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. New trainee kept a smile upon face as she was learning and did an awesome job placing charms on bracelet. Greeted with warm welcome from staff upon entering store.

To get a free item with my purchase... that just great. I can continue adding to my collection. What would really be nice is a jewelry box to hold the bracelets and charms; so I can change up the charms according to my mood that day.
