The sales associate was very helpful. There was a line at first but I was greeted and then an associate came and made the purchase easy.

Fast service! And incredible customer service they were so nice and sweet! In the past I had bad experience at different pandora but coming to this store it was my best decision

The store at Shops at Pembroke Gardens is not crowded with tons of people waitung for service. The wait is less than five minutes. The customer service rep was very freindly and fast. I bought what I needed and was out of the store with my purchase less than fifteen minutes.

I love the products, it's a shame that I wanted to get some, and they are already discontinued, but every time I go I leave highly satisfied.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood my needs and showed me some beautiful pieces that I fell in love with and had to buy. I will highly recommend her and the store.
