i call the store Pandora #21845 in Pembroke Gardens Florida looking for a specific charm and a lady name Gracie answer the phone she had the charm and i told her i needed 3 of them and she put them on hold because i was at work i told her i will be there to buy them she also gave me direction to get to her store i got lost and it was late and dark outside and i was going back home she said on the phone i will direct you to get here she calm me down and i got to Pandora brought the charms its a Christmas gift for my Granddaughters well i also ask to speak to her superviser and her name is Tiffany i told her Gracie is a great person and kind to me she the reason my girls will have a great Christmas Tiffany as well was awsomw with me she told me about the promotion Pandora was having i got a free bango bracelet so i wrap tha up for my dauhter for Christmas My Experince at this location was awsome I will be there number one customer Thank You Merry Christmas MIMI is my name Happy Customer !!!!
