My Pandora representative was very helpful and had excellent customer service skill, she was extremely polite and knew what she was doing and new exactly what was on sale, and explained to us that the sale items was final, so we would not have any surprises. My 82 year mother was with me and she was very patient and helpful to her while she took her time and pick out what she wanted.

Terri Sierra was exception… it’s so busy in the store as the day after Christmas and she took the time to make me feel valued and that I wasn’t rushed and could look at all the things I was interested in. She helped me sign up for the Pandora credit card. Loved her attention to detail and help.

The fact that when I walked in the store I was greeted. Then after about standing there five minutes the sales associate apologized for the wait but assured me someone will be with me shortly and once it was my turn she made sure everything was what I wanted and gifted wrapped.
