Sabrina was absolutely wonderful. Her manager, Hallie, walked us both through the whole proccess. I ended up getting the same lock that hallie had But in rose gold. Sabrina reccomended I put it on my own link bracelet!

Stellar customer service!! Honestly, I had no intentions of purchasing. I looked around, there were no sales, but noticed the item that I eventually purchased and requested to see same. Sales rep Gracia Rivera de Espinoza, took the time to make sure my newly purchased charm displayed properly on my bracelet. She removed all the charm and re-arranged them!!!! I was stunned! I've had sales people make minor adjustments but not the entire bracelet. She was gracious and very professional. She's an asset to your company!!
