The sales associate was rude, she treated me as if I was not worthy of buying a charm. When I asked to see a couple of charms she acted like I was bothering her. I was trying to choose between 4 different charms and she kept rolling eyes. Service was awful, her attitude ruined the whole experience, I ended up buying only ONE charm and when I decided to pay cash she called another person to check the bills.

I have never been dissatisfied when visiting this location, until I came in contact with Susana in the pembroke gardens location. She was offensively impolite, she rushed me threw out the entire experience, each time i spoke she interrupted me and spoke over me. I was not happy with her at all. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
