Pembroke lakes mall location cancelled my entire order except for one item. I placed another order for ship-to-home in a panic, then went to another store (shops at pembroke gardens) and found all of my cancelled items in store within minutes of placing my order. Called customer service aand some to a rep and supervisor and they (Pandora) refused to cancel my order. What was supposed to take a few minutes to pickup/purchase items in store took well over an hour!!! The associates in store became frustrated and you saw it in their faces including the manager!! I am very disappointed in the service received and will make sure to spread the word about my horrible experience!!!

I received a very despective treatment from the salesperson. I told her my goals and expectations, and she ignored everything. Not a creative or emphatic person at all. She only put the pieces on a tray without any order and asked me, 'what else do you want' without set the bracelet to present it to me so I could see how the set looked. She is not a consultant; she even rolled her eyes when I ask for the prices of the pieces. I felt constrained to ask for pieces I really like to see on the bracelet because of her attitude. I went to the store to purchase a set for an exceptional occasion for my daughter, and she completely ruined my moment. I am going to return it because I do not want those bad vibes on my daughter. I will never come back to that store.

My boyfriend gave me two charms for Valentine’s Day. I went to exchange them & it shows they were purchased in December 15th. The store manager told me that sometimes they make exceptions but not this time. I’ve been a Pandora customer for 10 years, I’ve never experienced that kind of rudeness at any of the stores. I called my boyfriend to see why he took so long to give them to me - he’s works at Larkin hospital & tested positive for COVID around Christmas time so we did not see each other - he sent me flowers & an e-gift card. Then i myself tested positive on January 4 so he figured to give me my present for Valentine’s Day instead of a late Christmas present.

I ordered online, didn't receive my free gift with purchase. Packaging was terrible and careless. Called customer service, representative was VERY RUDE.

I bought one charm and to clasps to balance the bracelet that the associate to me I needed. and less than On day one of the clasps is missing . I guess the sales associate didn't put it on right or it was faulty.so dissatisfied especially after to I needed it to balance the bracelet..

The store was chaotic. Sales representatives failed to pay attention to customers entering the store. The store needs a numbering system or a sign in shert.
