When I entered the store I had to request to I Placed my name on the waiting list. Several minutes later, I look across the store to see 4 members of the staff chatting and not being attentive to customers. I saw a gentlemen behind the counter and asked him to assist me. He politely helped me and I completed my acquisition and exited the store.

First the rings are not plus size friendly. The sales associate seemed very bothered by having to help us and took so long every time she had to do something. I bought myself a jewelry box and when she gave me the item the box was damaged. I asked her if it was okay since the box was damaged I didn’t want to take it home and open it with the presents for my birthday to have it be broken. She said it was in good condition without opening to check it. I took it home and it was completely broken and busted. Went back to a different store today and they say we cannot return or exchange the item even though it’s very broken and obviously unused since it was still in the plastic and in the box etc

El 10 de Febrero mi hija de 18 años y yo tuvimos una experiencia desagradable en el almacen de Pandora en Pembroke Garden en Pembroke Pines .Estabamos haciendo la Fila para ser atendidos y una representante vino atender a mi hija y sin razon alguna la MANAGER ignorando a mi hija decidio que la representante de pandora atendiera al cliente que estaba detras de mi hija sin explicacion alguna y cuado me di cuenta que hicieron a mi hija de 18 anos a un lado sin darle importancia y sin prestarle el servicio que estaba solicitando me acerque a la manager para que me explicara que estaba pasando y para sorpresa la MANAGER nos ignoro sin darnos alguna explicacion o excuses por lo tanto quiero dejarles saber que el servicio de pandora en Pembroke Gardens es lo peor

I ordered 5 items that were to be picked up from 2 different stores. The Sawgrass store the Manager would not give me the price that i paid online for merchandise that the other store was out of stock on. It was to me just bad customer service. The Pembroke gardens store was amazing and the associates were friendly and actually had the charm in stock and resolved my issue. Kudos to the Pembroke Gardens store. Also a not so good for the sawgrass store

Extremely dissatisfied with engraving on the bracelet purchased. I feel as though pandora has taken advantage of their customers with this engraving results and customers have been obligated to keep what was purchased unwillingly

I went to this pandora store specifically to buy another flamingo charm. I explained that it was a birthday gift for a friend since I have one and she loved it. This was explained to my very nice sales person. Then she told me 3 different times that I could get this bracelet or that charm or something else to complete a nice bracelet. I told her that I only wanted the single charm. Then she started to tell me another option I could have and I told her that if she tried to sell me 1 more thing I was walking out. As you might predict the rest of the purchase was as cold as ice.

First of all, it took them forever to help me. Then I was charged multiple times as a result of their WiFi not working. What should’ve taken 15mins, possibly took 40mins. I contacted them about the money being taken out my account twice. Not resolved as of yet.

I went into the store to do an exchange since it happened to be in the area it was not the store that I purchased merchandise in the week before but I didn't think it would be a problem to associate rolled their eyes then a trainee come up and tells me I need to wear a mask or leave I expect a phone call back and email is not going to satisfy my needs
