Associate Maria was fantastic. Assistant manager whose name starts with an M was unfriendly, rude, I accommodating and curt, to put it lightly. Additionally, assistant manager whose name starts with a Y was also unfriendly and unwelcoming; staff seemed afraid of Both of them as they peered over their shoulders. There was a specific incident that I would Like to discuss with the actual manager, not assistant managers Ms. Y or Ms. M. This incident has to do with lack of customer service and a nasty attitude of assistant manager whose name starts with an M. I used the first letter of their names as I was not able to catch the full names of either.

She didn't listen to what I wanted she always got what she wanted me to have also after I paid for what I wanted she still have me the wrong stuff which was at a lesser value and I paid for the higher on last month I spent over 1000.00 this month over two hundred dollars never again at this store

The store manager of this store seemed unfriendly and not educated on the merchandise. I actually called the store prior to me arriving to inquire about sales items . The same manager told me that the store wasn't open and she did not know what was available. I did not get a sense of warmth or even an inviting tone from her . Against my better judgment I visited the store anyway and the same representation I received over the phone from her was what I got in person. I wsnt to be perfectly clear that the issues I had during this visit was mainly the lack of customer service received from management and not the sales rep. The manager kept peering at me in an unfriendly demeanor also . It was my first visit and purchase to Pandora. I was not pleased.

When I came to the store everyone was speaking Spanish! I was very uncomfortable. Then I was told to wait at the blue like until another customer finish window shopping but was on his cell phone not really shopping at all. Then they manager told me that she couldnt return my bracelet because I bought it at another Pandora In the mall. Which the mall store is still closed. I ended up purchasing another bracelet and they representative just handed me the box. But the prior two customers who purchase something way cheaper she went out her way to bag and add decorative pink paper to there purchase. I had to say you not going to bag my purchases & exchanges like u did all the other customers for her to do it. I have spent hundreds of dollars for years buying Pandora and this was the first experience where I felt like they were racial profiling like I didn't have money to purchase anything etc... Nobody wants to walk in a store where everyone is speaking Spanish & I don't know if in pandora or Cuba!

Wasn’t allowed to look or hold the slider charm I was purchasing until after I purchased. Wasn’t offered anything else in the store. Felt very uncomfortable. As if I was a criminal

We were skipped over the line but other customers. the staff did not pay attention to us or the line. because of this, we had to wait much longer for assistance than we should have.

I purchased jewelry from Pandora online. I indicated that it was a gift and it did not come with your standard gift packaging. The jewelry was thrown into boxes that were not made for the type of jewelry that I was purchasing (ex. Earrings in a necklace box). I’m addition there were fingerprint marks all over the jewelry. I ended up having to go to a store to see if they could put the bracelet and charms together and give me a better box and gift bag. I also had to additionally purchase a polish cloth just so I could make the gift look presentable on my end. Not the type of service I was expecting. I’ll think twice about ordering from Pandora next time.

The sales lady was rushed... for the Christmas sales, she barely smiled, she seemed overwhelmed.

I wasn't satisfied because the item I wanted was not available. I felt like the associate was pushing me to buy a different item after I told her I did not like the one she was showing. The associate left me there to place the clip on my bracelet myself instead of helping or doing it for me.
