I was the first person to arrive in your store and your sales associate had no clue of where merchandise was and what merchandise you had available. I basically had to waste 2 hours of my time to finally find the gift I was looking for for my daughter-in-law. Your company is known for quality and selections for all locations, please train your personnel better. It was an extremely frustrating visit!

I made 2 online purchase orders. When I entered the store there were about 4 associates helping people and a supervisor not helping anyone. She was peeking over the other associates shoulders while I waited at the door. I can not stand up long so I asked if it was ok to sit down. I waited 15 minutes to be helped. I tried on my bangles i purchased online. They were a bit tight. In order to exchange the bangles the associate had to cancel my orders and recharge me again and told me that I have to wait for a refund. INCONVENIENCE!!! I used my student discount in the online order and they were refusing to use my student discount to repurchase the items! The supervisor kept repeating that they are a franchise and won’t get paid if I use my discount. I will never return to this store again!!!!!!

The stylist didn’t know where anything was! He even told me something wasn’t in stock and I asked him to ask a manager and he was wrong! I knew it was in stock because I had just left the store an hour or so prior and had to come back to purchase something else.

When I walked into your store I was not greeted. I had to ask for help with an associate standing right in front of me. The associate that assisted me was not knowledgably of the merchandise. Upon other customers walking in they were greeted with hello and a smile. I am a manager where I work and customer is a very big deal. I was not please AT ALL!! This store can use a lesson in customer service 101.

When I ask for the price of two item, the answer was: I think….. after I bought the item, based on the prices I was given and while the sales person was wrapping the item, I realized he picked a different item than rhe one I was shown and the manager said it was the wrong price so I had to pay $10 more

I have visited this Pandora store numerous times and have always received excellent service. On this visit, the salesperson did not know the merchandise and could not find 2 out of the 3 items I was looking for. She seemed annoyed that she had to look through the displays for a ring I wanted to purchase.

My panodora charm broke the same day I put it on and it was purchased during a sale and when I went to exchanged it I had to pay full price for the new charm was not honored the same discount.

I was disappointed as I purchased a cross charm online during the sale, not realizing my daughter already had it. I went to exchange it and was told that I could not get a charm for the same value as the sale was over. This is ridiculous. I had to end up paying the difference. This is horrible service.
