The salesperson was too slow to get my purchase going, despite the fact that I told her several times how I wanted a transaction to be rung up separately, she kept ignoring my request. Then at the time of paying for another one of my transactions she made a mistake and didn’t apologize or bother to void it and start over. She was too busy looking and talking to the dog.

It seems like there are more managers than sales people in the store. My husband was waiting in the car so I wanted to get in and out. I knew what I wanted. I was told to stand in a waiting line for the next sales girl. There were five very busy sales girls and five other girls standing in the back or walking around. Your business model makes the experience frustrating. It seems to me that the waiting area should be in the front with the girl who answers questions and gives direction. A manager naturally needs to be on hand, but all those other people should be waiting on customers. My sales girl was excellent. She calmed me down, apologized for the wait and got what I asked for.

The air conditioner was off and it was extremely hot The sales associates were serious and not in the best mode and took so long to give me attention There weren’t any Pandora books so They gave me a black and white copy and i couldn’t see the products and they weren’t clear with the promotion that they had.

Offer was to get a free snowflake bangle with $150 purchase which was included with my purchase, when I got to the store I was told “sorry we don’t have it” you can take the whale tale instead which was offered to me after I complained, their plan was to not give me any.

The earring are nice and beautiful but the Pavé Heart Hoop Earrings fall off easily. I had mine earring for only 5 hours and when I looked myself on the mirror one of them was gone. I made sure they were secure but they fall off pretty easily and the locker is not good. You can open the earring easily

I told the sales associate that I was looking for a pair of earrings for my sister. I wanted something simple, and showed her what I wanted to see. She showed me everything but the items I wanted to see. She pushed the Pandora credit card, charms, even though I told her my sister does not have a bracelet, and items out of the price point I told her that I had. Just pushy and not really knowledgeable about the products.

The sales associate had me try on a display bracelet. Than once I paid, she attempted to place the same used bracelet on my wrist. I told her I preferred a new unused bracelet after 3 mins of going back and forth. Once I just said issue me a refund altogether. She than reach in the cabinet to retrieve me an unused new bracelet.

My charm was stripped according the the staff and they can’t replace it because the company’s stupid policy of it has to be within a year we’ll hello wake up call things happen I can understand if it was a very long time ago but it was a year and 5 months that’s not that the long Pandora you need to fix your policy I spend so much money their and I get garbage

I asked the sales associate about a promotion that your company had for mothers day she told me it was over and I didn't qualify for it. I visited a corporate store to pick up an item and the manager told me the promotion is indeed still going on and my purchase was supposed to receive the free item which is a bracelet.
