This was an exchange my husband had just purchased that day the amount of time it took was unbelievable.They were taking too much time chatting with each other instead of moving things along.The person who took care of me had to check everything that she was doing with another employee it took me 45 minutes that is not even the time waiting in line.

I was assisted by Carolina. She’s in a rush to make the sale not actually in helping. I asked to see the new autumn collection, she showed me one piece of jewelry and when I asked to see more she told me she had shown me everything. Terrible. I even left the store and came back to try and be assisted by someone else. However she came right back over to me so I ended up leaving without purchasing the bracelet I came for. Next time I will simply find a manager and request someone else.

I purchased a ring while a waited to have my other 6 rings cleaned. The way you are treated when you go clean your rings is not acceptable. The lady who took my rings in was looking at her watch and asking another employee questions like they did not want to clean my rings. It was 3 pm. Closing time was 6 pm. It is not acceptable for them to want to turn you away when cleaning rings you purchased at this specific store. When you go buy them they treat you better.

I was disappointed in the sales associate that was assisting me. The fact that she was NOT knowledgeable on your products and the location of them. Then was rushing me. I did buy some of the charms that I wanted but I also wanted to buy X-mas gifts. I did not buy gifts due to the fact of the way she was conducting herself.

It takes 10 minutes to pick out 6 charms and 30 minutes to check out/ring up which is ridiculous. I explained to the agent that I needed to get out quickly, tried to have manager add charm to bracelet while agent was checking me out.....what does the manager do? Give the bracelet to the associate! I was so annoyed

The sales associate was not friendly at all. My daughter wanted to see a ring for her index finger and the associate, in a very rude manner, told her the style she was asking for was not for that finger. She can make a suggestion, assuming she is the expert, but at the end the costumer can wear whatever and however he decides. My daughter had to say she wanted to see it anyway. The associate also seems bother by the time we were taking in making our final decision.

Had to wait for awhile to have someone assist me. Waited around 10-15 min. The assistant took long to find the specific merchant.

Advertised price not honored. Two days have gone by still waiting for manager to contact me.

The lady that help us was not very helpful. We asked her and she was indifferent. I really was not satisfied with the sales person.
