Me and my family were excited about getting my Christmas gift at this Pandora store and the ambiance at this store was not at all welcoming right after we stepped in the store. The sales representatives were not friendly, and we felt as if we were thiefs being constantly looked after to the point that we felt uncomfortable. We walked in the store at about 10 minutes prior to 8pm and one of the ladies there closed the main door and stood behind it and it made us very uncomfortable. We checked online and the closing time for the store was 9pm. The sales rep that assisted us looked like she was having a bad day. I have purchased at Pandora sites before, and this is the first time that I felt unwelcome and did not receive the level of service expected. The merchandise was excellent, and the selection was good. However, the service can change the customer's experience in a matter of a second. I will not recommend this store to someone that expects Pandora's high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. I will continue to use Pandora but at a different store.

My sales person was excellent and did a great job helping me with my selection but while I was with her another lady approached us and she looked at me like I was trying to steal and she put away the and asked about a bracelet I had already paid and had it on "very rude and offensive". Look a my history, I had bought so much!! To get that kind of customer service from I think she was the boss or manager. I'm planning to go back and talk to her because if I don't get an apology I would never buy Pandora ever again. I stopped buying for few years for an inconvenience in another store before. You have have a long wait. There’s a line out the door. If you guys are going to do that due to covid then have more people helping out so that people don’t have to wait outside for an hour just to buy something for 15 min. Also, the employees seemed to be more interested in talking to themselves than helping the next customer which is why you have such a long line out the door. I was already inside. Already next in line and when the customer before me left, there were 3 employees just talking and laughing instead of worrying about the next customers.
