Pandora Jewelry

The reason why I wasn't highly satisfied is because I was exchanging an item to a bigger size.

Wanted to purchase a travel-related charm, i.e. Spain or Great Brittan heart-shape flag charm. Found out these are "retired".

En general la visita fue satisfactoria . La señora que nos asistió en seguida informó de la oferta especial que tenían vigente. El único inconveniente fue la iluminación justo sobre los anillos, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

I went to the store on the last day of a sale and the line was very long and slow. There should be adequate staffing when there is a sale going on. It took about 20 minutes before someone helped me.

The only issue was that I wanted to long in line to be serviced.

Its not that i did not enjoy visiting pandora but the thing is since there was a huge sale the store was very busy so it took some time, which highly understandable.

Sometimes the way is to long. I have idea let the customer shop on line pick what they want and pick the order up in the store No lines no waiting

The tablets weren’t working so was not able to look up my shopping history and therefore resolve my problem. I wanted to check to see if my damaged bracelet was bought in the last year so it could be replaced. Was also unhappy that Pandora doesn’t repair broken jewelry. If it’s more than a year old I have to throw it away. Very sad. What is the incentive to keep on buying.

The person helping me was very nice, knew a lot about Pandora and was very helpful. She also offered to get my bracelet clean while I purchased, which was very nice. I would definitely come back to get help from the same person!

I have THE Best girl, Maria, that helps me when I go in. She is Great, I have no complaints with her. The biggest part for me is the high prices of the jewelry. It is nice and I like it, but overly priced, in my opinion, There is so much more I would like to get, but it is just too expensive for me.
