Product is to expensive and it turns ugly at the end , and just because is more than a year they would no do anything about it

It is difficult to receive service. There are many associates in store but we waited a while before being recognized and helped.

I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait over 20 minutes to for a sales associate to assist me. I understand it is the holiday season, however, there were several associates standing around near the register chatting and not helping customers. I thought maybe they were there for other purposes, but later while I was being helped I noticed a couple of them assisting other customers.
