Everything was great they didn’t have a replacement for the clasp I lost but I was able to get something similar. The employee was extremely nice and checked all over to see if they had what I wanted.

I was highly satisfied with the charms, the lady who receives you when you arrive was very nice but the One who was helping me decide, did not complete my expectations as a frequent customer.

I asked for a charm and the first associate said it was not available without even asking or looking. I did wait doing my selection so I ended up with a different associate who did look for the charm and found it.
