I was not able to use my birthday coupon, because I didn't have my pandora credit card at the time of purchase. Yet, I've been a customer to this store for a nice period of time, plus I had my identification to show proof of name. I understand for security reasons, small measurements are needed to be taken, but now I will have to return to the store, return the purchase in order to use the coupon being honored for being a preferred customer.

Marielys is very helpful & always great with such a smile. She asked about the absence of my daughter who she remembers from all our previous visits together. Very thoughtful of her to remember us.

Store Manager and Assistant Manager were both helping one customer when there was a huge line. Four people left because they got tired of waiting.

The only issue was that they did not find the specific product I was looking for. Thankfully I was able to choose another color without a problem but that may be a problem to others. Just try to make sure you keep track of inventory better.

There was a very strong flowery smell in the store. I have been to this store many times before and have never smelled it. You should considered that there are people with a sensitive nose, I am one of them. The smell was so strong, my nose was watery and I started coughing. I went in the store, bought what I went to buy and had to leave. I could not browse around the store because of the smell.
