This location is one of the best stores and have the most knowledgeable and friendliest associates. However, when I find an associate that I’d like to continue to shop with they are ever there. Employee turnover is high .

Mrs.Constanza M was very helpful with helping me decide on which bracelet I wanted and also choosing charms for my bracelet she also let me know that there were some charms 30% off

I was not satisfied with the selection of charms. I choose 3 charms they were not in stock. I was told "other online". I would have loved "we will order them online for you or let me call another store perhaps they have it". So customer service was somewhat flat. Simone the sales person was nice, professional. Perhaps is a company philosophy not to go the extra mile..This was my 1st experience with Pandora product. My original sentiment toward your product, stores did not change.. it an ok fashion/accessory. I do know your products are loved by many including my sister and mother.

While I was very satisfied with the service provided by my sales associate, the Pembroke Gardens store is smaller than the Westland or Miami Lakes stores, with a very poor layout. I did not see as much selection as I do at the other stores. They "line" to wait in to receive service is something I would expect to find at a lower-end store.

I asked to have my new charm added to my bracelet after it was cleaned. The sales associate said it would be better if I added it after it was cleaned.

Most of the charms were not available to purchase. Warrenty on items are not long enough.

I waited too long in line to be serviced. I believe there was adequate staffing just indecisive customers

Because I bought last year one bracelet and I had problem and the atendent sad me that the bracelet don’t have more , so , it’s impossible changed , it’s incredible!!!

I wish they would have more counter space , I understand this is a high season but I was literally rubbing my elbows with people in both sides of the counter . I didn’t shopped more because I felt uncomfortable with so many people on top of me and I felt rushed.
