It appeared to be several workers standing around with fewer customers. They were slow at responding to take the next customer. I was the first to stand where the line started, but the customers who entered after me didn't seem to know where to go. There was no one directing people as they entered; therefore, it was a bit confusing as to who was next.

Just wish I didn’t have to do a line, I can’t look around until my turn 😞 have to go straight to line if don’t want to be far down, but I guess that is a good problem for you to have. I do love the staff and the store.

The associate was very friendly and welcoming, I went in to look around and her willingness to help caused me to spend almost $300 bucks and I left satisfied.

The selection of rings were very limited. I felt like the store in the Falls had more variety of rings in the size I was looking for. So I had to settle for something else.

the first sales person i had i did not like her aggressiveness in pushing her opinion towards my wants. therefor i was ready to leave and then was helped by someone else that listened to my needs.
