Nobody to help unless you take the line which was long and time consuming. So after waiting for that long I end up buying something because I didn't want to have to drive and go to the same thing( finding parking etc...)

Promotions or sales are always an incentive for a customer to spend more at the store. There were neither one at the time. Also you should have the cloth pouches available not only boxes. Pouches are more convenient for storage.

I was satisfied in the pandora visited. I actually found everything I was looking for and I got the items that I expected to obtain

They greeted really nice. They also sang happy birthday to me! I was really happy with the way they treated me. Amazing experience.

I didn't find 2 products that I wanted

The sales associate was in a rush to assist another customer. She left me to add the charms to my bracelet to help another customer. Normally when I go to the other store the associates will help add the charms to the bracelet.
