I was looking for graduation charms and they only had one. My daughter (the graduate) walked over to pick up a catalog and was reprimanded for walking over to the catalog. I understand that you are trying to keep everyone safe - but I think that was a little extreme. No thank you for your purchase- almost like we had been a nuisance by stopping by to purchase a gift.

The sales associate had a problem locating merchandise. The catalog he used was in bad condition. The ipad to scan codes from catalog seemed to have an issue.

There is always room for improvement. I did have a good experience with the exchange process as I bought the wrong charms size for my bracelet.

As soon as I walked through the door I received a warm greeting from the staff members and was instantly approached by Valeria offering her assistance. It's sometimes a bit of a struggle shopping with my 1 and a half year old, but she made us both feel comfortable and helped me along the way. I do not shop there very often, but when I have been there, the visit is always the same. Everyone is always extremely helpful and lovely.

Prices are very high, they are increasing every year. I don’t see the rose gold items to be as high quality as the silver, the tarnish easily
