I made a large purchase and was trying to take advantage of your free bracelet offer. I tried to order online from 10/25 until 10/28 which was the end of the promotion. I spent countless hours trying to complete this purchase and made SEVERAL calls to Pandora customer service and was told I would receive a call back and never did. I had no choice but to complete this order in the store and could not get there until after the promotion was over so I lost out on not only having to buy the bracelet but losing 2 other free bracelets. Your customer service (not in-store) was very disappointing and frustrating. Had this not been a gift I would not have spent the money with Pandora.
