I found exactly what I was looking for and more with the free gifts. However, the associate that assisted me and my 10 year old son was initially very rude and short with us and that was not appreciated

Experience was fine, better than other experiences because Indid not have to wait this time for service and there were no long lines. I do not have highly satisfied on surveys unless there is a ‘wow’ factor. Experience was very positive overall.

The charms were a little over price . I've seen the same charms other stores or websites cheaper. Not sure is the same quality, I've never purchased any as yet.
