Needs more options Togo with charms

My daughter and I went to purchase a pair of earrings for me. When we went to purchase them the price marked on the tag was $50.00 but the price that rang up was $80.00. The sales person went to her manager to honor the lower price and the manager would not lower the price or even give a percent off. and she said when they moved the merchandise over night they placed the wrong tag. Well no my fault. The lower price should have been honored. Priced as marked. I was very disappointed with Pandora and the handling of this situation. I own many pieces and this may actually keep me from getting any new pieces.

I love collecting the charms, the price is a little high and there aren't enough promotions going on. The staff is very friendly, and the store is really clean.

I had to return to the store to return charm because it wouldn’t fit on my bracelet i’d like to recommend that when customers come in that they find out what kind of bracelets they have so that the charms will fit correctly since you have different holders

I went to this store to view a charm I saw online (the pig bank charm) and the ones available were tarnishing and had small holes around the snout like it was casted badly. I was disappointed to see the poor condition it was in and glad I didn’t order it online and decided to see it in person.

The sales associate was like not too friendly, she was just asking because it’s her work, did not feel nothing special like other time that I been in the store
