It was my first time on Pandora. The stylist who was helping me was very attentive and helped me choose what I was looking for. I did not feel rushed by her.

Called the day before and asked if a ring was still in stock, yes it was but there was one left. Her name was kristen. She reserved it for me and I was able to pick it up the next day.

I’ve gone to four different Pandoras all of them were pleasant and professional however my most recent experience was PERFECT. Amanda the sales Representative that assisted my daughter and I was very personal. She took care of my daughter like she was hers.!it was my daughters birthday week and Amanda kicked it off right for her! Amanda is the best part of Pandora.

It was my first time shopping at a Pandora store. It was confusing how to navigate the store at first and how to get someone's attention. No one greeted me, so I asked how they know who is in queue for service. The two ladies I asked responded kindly so I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes and hanging around. I liked the lighting in the store as it made everything sparkle and shine.

The customer service was exceptional, I love the new electronic system they have in place to make a payment.
