To be blunt, I was never a pandora fan until this week, all thanks to Cassandra R. She took a chore I was dreading (Mother’s Day shopping) and turned it into a fun experience. She was so knowledgeable about the product and offered a great deal of styling and gifting advice. She helped me pick out gifts for my mom, in laws, and my sister. She was so patient with all my questions and made me laugh. I was shocked to find out it was one of her first days! I will 1000% be returning to Pandora, as long as it’s Cassandra helping me! I’ll be recommending all my friends to shop with this friendly young lady. Best customer service I’ve ever received!
