I was highly satisfied with the customer service I received at the Pembroke Gardens location. The sales rep. Marishtania was an amazing associate we loved her! She treated us respectfully and took the time out to listen to us. We are highly satisfied with our purchase and the quality of the service we were given. The selections were never ending I wish we could have taken more home with us, but we were limited in spending. I wish there was a DC Comics selection in the store just like Disney. The only thing I would have to say is that the Pandora Store in the Pembroke Lakes Mall was unsatisfyingly horrible! The service we received was awful, they were not helpful and they did not want to make a sale so we took our business elsewhere, but I'm glad we did because then we would have never run into Marishtania and made a wonderful purchase.

The rep was very knowledgeable about the product and because she was so well informed in presenting information to me I purchased more products than I initially intended.
