My sales associate Marielys was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door until I completed my purchase. She stayed with me the whole time and answered each question. She was very knowledgeable. Also, the store was very clean and inviting. Even smelled good!

The Pembroke Gardens Shoppes is very chic. My sales associate Marielys was very friendly. But what really made my visit special was when Marielys showed me an alternative way to wear the two Sweet 16 Charms I purchased. This is my third visit to this shop and the first time this was pointed out to me. Due to this new found knowledge and exceptional service I happily I made additional purchases before leaving the store.

I was looking for the 2018 graduation scroll and it was sold out in 3 stores that I had gone to previously. The sales associate at Pembroke lakes mall checked the inventory at Pembroke gardens and provided their number. I called and the associate confirmed he had one left and held it till I got there.

The associate was able to help me with the best of her ability and knowledge. She was able to show me options and took her time showing me everything I asked for.
