Susana W was a complete sweetheart and was very knowledgeable when i bought the bracelet i just bought one charm for it because I am a huge alice in wonderland fan but did not know i needed clips to secure them from going everywhere. I bought a clip with her and plan to go back again to buy another when I can. Amazing staff!!

I am not sure of the associate's name but he was very cordial. He was not pushy at all and offered great opinions. He was down to earth and had a very good sense of humor. His patience was outstanding as I did not want to rush and buy "just" anything.
