Todo lo que compre me encanto, la vendedora fue muy ruda estuve a punto en varias ocasiones de pedir otra porque no fue nada agradable, me quede en la tienda por la mercancía

I was promptly greeted by friendly staff & attended by a sales person with a reasonable amount of time considering the amount of customers in the store. But I would like to point out this was due to being a Pandora credit card holder. I appreciate the special treatment.However I do have a major complaint in regards to the advertising of your Black Friday promotion. Your email promotion link stated this location was open on Thanksgiving night until 9pm. This is a huge error on your part. I left my family dinner early to be there to only waste my time since the store was closed all day. I have screenshots to prove the validity of my complaint. As a card holder I never received notification of the 35% promotion available to me prior to Thanksgiving. Another huge error on your part. If it wasn't for the great staff in this store location, I would likely never shop Pandora ever again. Both Angelica and Brittnie were friendly nice and helpful. They paid attention to me and helped me get what I was looking for with ease. They made me want to visit that location more than any other because of the 8 stores I've visited I left there feeling like a valued client rather than someone they sold to and get to recognition for, for the day.
