Always have a great experience in Pandora at Pembroke Lakes. Sales associates are always very nice and knowledgeable. On this visit Marielys assisted me once again. She remembered me from before and was super nice and very patient with me.

I was satisfied with the store and the manager was Extremely nice. I am dissatisfied with the Reflections Bracelet!! I have only had it for only 4 days and the heart clip has fallen off and lost. I've read the reviews on this bracelet and now notice that MANY others have complained that the clips fall off and are lost. Defective product! Now when I phone the store they tell me they do not handle loss...so phoned Pandora Customer Relations today and my agent Eddie assured me I would have and email today...to start my claim with Pandora. I have NOT received that email! I am very upset as this was my birthday gift...and did not even get to wear it 5 days before it fell apart and was lost. I would like an email : Pegdesign@aol.com Please! I will happily send you my receipt...please fix this problem with your bracelets. I have never had an issue with any other of the numerous Pandora products I already have. Extremely unhappy and very, very disappointed.

The service was quick.The associate was very friendly and super nice. Love what I bought and got much more stuff for a really good price.

My very first experience and very First purchase. As a resuly, I felt personally pressured to ensure that my selection was a great one, especially considering that it was also my 7th Wedding Anniversary and my husband was gifting me. Our sales associate Simone E. (#168867) was patient, considerate and really took the time to walk me through all the options and selections. She assisted us in making a selection that was the perfect starter, searching the store for all the various charms we were considering, and helping us with alternative where our choice were not available. She was extremely pleasant as well, and did not rush us or put us under any further pressure considering how I felt making my first collection. Simone made the experience perfection.

The lines were to long and the mangers were not managing the line well so people were coming in skipping the line. No one new any prices they had to look up items for n the book. I’m was quoted one price and was ready to check out and Than they gave me a higher price and no one apologized for providing the wrong price or offer anything else in its place.

I was highly satisfied with the overall experience in store. The attendants, merchandising display and wide variety of selections in store were all friendly and good quality.
