Customer service was wonderful and excellent

I was very impressed that the Sales Supervisor remembered me from my last visit over 4 months ago. She was very knowledgeable and personable and seemed genuinely interested in assisting me. She offered suggestions to ensure that I was completely satisfied that my bracelet would be beautiful. She is definitely an asset to the Pandora Organization.

My daughter bought me a charm for Mother's Day, I needed to get clips because where i put the charm on my bracelets it would have fallen off whenever i open the bracelet. The sales associate Simone showed me some clips to put near the closing of bracelet butit was more than i had to spend, at east the one i wanted. Simone suggested i put the new charm on the other side of the bracelet, which would mean taking off all existing charms first. Simone offered to remove/and add. While in the process of her taking the charm off there was dust fallen from the charms, i was horrified/embarrassed that it was dead skin. Simone was a trooper and just kept removing them with no issues. I started crying from my embarrassment, even though Simone didnt really care about the dust, i was mortified. I decided to buy another charm because she was a sweetheart and didnt want her time wasted. Thank you sooo much Simone
