The attention and care I received from all the associates and manager present was outstanding. I’ve actually been back on three different occasions all very recently ( and I’ll to make more purchases) and of the associates remembered me and my baby ( name and everything ). I really enjoy my experience every time I go in to my closest location ( pembrok garden ). The only thing I would encourage Is actually more geared toward the corporate/design area; I recently about the French bulldog charm and was disappointed to find that there was no pug charm! ( I have two pugs and a French bulldog and would also like to honor my first pug who passed away almost 2 years ago). I also noticed that there was no bat (animal) charm ( One of my pugs is black and looks somewhat like a bat ). I know that these perhaps aren’t the most Generally appealing charms (hahaha, I guess I have a bit of a different taste when it comes to The charms I prefer)... I did buy the 3 Halloween charms that recently came out ( and intend on leaving them on one of my bracelets all year round). Aside from that the people and overall product in my experience has been outstanding
