Helpful staff and friendly

Due to the fact that this was an extended Black Friday event I was pleased with my experience. My sales associate Tiffany was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. I knew exactly what I wanted prior to arriving to the store but I ended up purchasing an additional four items! I also was approved for a Pandora credit card that I had previously denied applying for. While attempting to get approved for the credit card the iPad malfunctioned three times resulting in Tiffany getting a manager to assist with getting through the issue. Tiffany was very professional and apologetic for the inconvenience of my time to get through the process. My experience was great!

I was able to get 1 out of 2 charms and the associates took initiative to assist me prior to getting a specialist.
