Because they had the item that I needed to exchange for. And they had the item I need for my daughter and more items that I want to buy in the future. I was very pleased with the store ... love it.

My sales associate, Sabrina, was very friendly and patient as she assisted me with my selections. She actually modeled the rings as I tried to determine which one I would choose. She was very personable and focused only on me while answering all my questions and assuring I was satisfied. She was not distracted by others who were moving about the store.
