The sales person was patient and helpful. She engaged conversation with my daughter keeping her entertained as I made my selection. She gave her opinion respectfully, upbeat and with an amazing attitude. She was quick with check out and wrapping. It was raining when I was leaving and she offered to put my bags in a larger plastic bag so that the packaging wouldn’t get ruined. ( I was heading to a party) .

Valeria was a burst of bright energy and positivity. She told stories throughout her presentation. She showed me how to build my bracelet for now and what I could do in the future. She is the reason my family of three each got a bracelet and charm apiece. I enjoyed her attitude, her energy, and her resourcefulness. I will be back to purchase more because of her.
