Was a very satisfying experience pick the jewelry

The manager oscar in el paso texas was very helpful and very friendly. And that made me go back to the store and buy more charms.

The card machine was not reading my Apple Pay and Leslie H was able to charge me on another machine and it worked. Although it wasn’t my fault that I had to do two transactions due to the machine issue, they still gave me my Pandora jewelry box that I would have gotten anyway off machine would have processed all in one single payment rather than forcing us to do two payments. Leslie quickly resolved this and took ownership of the mishap and was very empathetic! Excellent customer service, Leslie!

Besides the jewelry, I love the staff! Everyone there is so professional, friendly and genuine. I feel pampered every time I visit because they go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my purchase! A big THANK YOU to Rachel G. & all her staff who will not hesitate to answer my questions or look for an item I really want.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the customer service. The woman helping me was so cheerful and eager to help although I was asking a lot of questions and keep asking her to allow me to see different charms. I also loved the way she assisted in trying to get to know my interests and favorite colors and such in order for her to have a better idea of what assist me in putting on my bracelet.

I always come to Pandora at Cielo Vista because since the first time I went I knew Oscar De la Rosa, he always assist me, for every event I am buying something he helps me find exactly what I need or better

Amber was vary helpful. She explained the items interested in and even recommended other items which we purchased. We will be back again.
