Greeted when coming in and out and was helped right away

The member that worked with my wife and I was extremely professional. Was able to show me all the different types of charms that might catch my attention. Extremely happy with the experience.

The employees were very helpful and kind to me.

The employees working were closing up soon and didn’t mind that I stopped in and helped me pick out my charm and gave me options and pulled everything out for me. They were also were patient with me using a few gift cards to buy it.
