I have large hands and hardly find in store ring options and y’all had more than 1 option available. Thank you! My cashier was also super friendly and helpful during my picking of jewelry.

The sales associate held a couple items for me. She waited on us right away. She was very friendly.

The customer service was immaculate. There was a line so the pressure was on so the sales reps were moving pretty quickly, but efficient. The rep understood it was my first time and asked lots of questions to fit my needs. I would have liked to browse the store, but I understand keeping order. I will always visit this store.

When we got there the store was busy, as it was expected, but the line outside moved really quick and we got right in. We had the pleasure of having Jaicey be our associate, and she was helpful. She showed us our options and got us right on out the door. While checking out, you could just hear the other employees chatting and being super helpful with their customers also. I have shopped here before and will continue to go back.

So I was going to place the order online but I decided to call first and see if I ordered it then, (because I got off in two hours) could I pick it up Friday which was the next time I worked. She told me yes it if I knew exactly what I wanted, I could tell her, she would grab them and put it on hold for me. That’s exactly what I did and I am very grateful.

Our salesperson Carmen K. was just amazing. She was high-energy and very helpful. She gave us her total attention and really understood what we were trying to create. We received a WOW experience - something we were not expecting. I was a pleasure to work with her. A+ service !!!
