Talya was amazing. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She saw that I had a clear charm with something inside it that was not pandora. She showed me the pandora charms that could hold something in them. I didn't even know Pandora had those. She then helped me transfer the contents to the pandora charm and arrange the charms on my bracelet. She was very helpful.

I am highly statisfied with this store because of the convienance. Staff is always ready to assist which makes the shopping experience much faster. In and out with 15min if you know what you are looking for. The sales associates are very knowledgeable about the products.

Sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable as I tried to explain what I was looking for he was able to quickly locate item and suggested two other items to complement to coordinate what I was trying to accomplish. I have been in the store before and have him being courteous to other patrons. I will look for him to help with other purchases.
