The sales person who assisted me was very I will say highly customer service oriented. She showed me different things that I didnt even know, since I just started my first Pandora I only have a couple charms she showed me the clips and to used them to maintain the few charms I got in position. She even gave me the catalog. I went because my bracelet kept opening and she showed me the safety chains and I ended up buying one so I dont loose my bracelet.. Love this store!
